Perry is a 2001, 2003, and 2005 coveted Chairman's Circle Gold Award winner, a six-time recipient of the President’s Circle Award, has earned the Leading Edge Society Awards as well. He has been a Gibraltar Circle Award winner many times, which identifies being in the top 20 realtors of Prudential California Realty.
Perry’s most recent accomplishment is winning the 2006 Award of Excellence. This award represents the consummate professional with a positive, supportive attitude, professional image and conduct, consistent work ethic, upholding the company’s ideal of excellence, with a desire to succeed and strong production.
Perry has over 20 years of full-time Real Estate experience and over 10 years of Commercial/Retail Banking experience.
Perry’s wife Jill has been teaching elementary school children in the Conejo Valley Unified School District for over 20 years. Perry and Jill have two wonderful boys, Corky and Clark.
